Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings no cancellation fees, no calls to a retention team.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Contact us to ask about trial access. We’d rather you find the right plan than commit to the wrong one.
Do therapist session prices vary?
Yes. Each licensed provider sets their own session rate, displayed clearly on their profile before you book.
What if I can't afford any plan?
Contact our care team. We have partnership programs and subsidized access arrangements for people in financial hardship. Nobody should be without support because of cost.
Are healing circles included in my plan?
Healing Circles are available at a separate per-session rate, or included in certain organizational plans. Check the specific circle listing for pricing details.
