With over a decade of international practice in mental health and advocacy, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I’ve bee privileged to listen, support, and witness healing across cultures languages, and personal journeys. What I’ve learned deeply is this : healing begins with being understood – not just heard. Too often, people seeking support are met with care that doesn’t reflect their lived experiences cultural backgrounds, or the realities of their emotional worlds.
